Lucia also co-founded the popular website for women, Betty Everything, where she co-created, co-hosted, executive produced, and wrote for the daily multimedia website focused on helping women thrive. Through her strategically-negotiated distribution deals with top online companies, Lucia helped the site generate millions of monthly video views. Lucia also has worked as an executive producer and consulting producer for streaming, broadcast and digital media productions focused on uncovering and providing impactful stories that help create change.

Lucia has been in the media in national, regional and digital, including Tribune Broadcasting (WCCT/WTIC) where she earned two Emmy nominations as the host of The CW Network weekday primetime. She started her career at iheart media (WERZ in NH and STAR in Los Angeles.) She then went on to work at Bus Radio, a media start-up, where she co-hosted and executive produced a daily, nationally-syndicated radio show with over one million listeners nationwide, After her time in TV she continued her career at Only Good TV where she’s created compelling and quality content that recorded over 28 million monthly views. Lucia has also hosted and reported for The Travel Channel, and contributed stories to CNN.com, MSN.com, AOL.com, Yahoo.com, Upworthy, AmboTV and numerous other on-air, and online media channels.
